How soon in advance must I pay for my course?
Payment must be received in the form of a check, wire transfer, purchase order or credit card 10 working days from the date of registration, or 10 working days before the first day of class, whichever comes first.
Can I enroll in an instructor-led class that is delivered in the US if I reside outside the US?
Yes, please note that international enrollments must pay in the form of a check (US Dollars/Funds), wire transfer or credit card.
Can I bring payment with me to class?
No. Sun requires the method of payment in hand ten (10) business days prior to the start date of the class.
Can I register online for someone else or for multiple team members?
Yes. The Team Training Registration feature allows you to register for someone else or to register for multiple team members using one convenient payment transaction.
Was my credit card charged twice?
When reviewing your credit card statement it may appear that your credit card was charged twice. The first "charge" is the authorization and the second is the actual charge. Depending on the credit card company, the authorization will fall off automatically. The time range can vary anywhere from when the actual charge goes through, till ten (10) days after the authorization.
How long does a credit card refund take?
One to two (1-2) weeks.
My company is usually entitled to corporate discounts. How do I find out if I'm entitled to a discount?

Can credit cards be used to "hold a seat" in class until a check or purchase order is processed?
No.

RESCHEDULES AND CANCELLATIONS
Is there a penalty for not giving enough notice to cancel a class or not attending a class?
Yes. If the registration department is not notified prior to the ten (10) business day mark, the funds are forfeited.
Is it possible Sun will cancel my class?
From time to time, it is necessary for Sun to cancel or reschedule a class. If this should happen, Sun will attempt to provide ten (10) business days notice.
Does Sun Education partner with the government in any educational grants?
No.
