Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS BY THE STUDENT
For cancellations made twelve (12) or more business days prior to the start of a course, the student can request to either....
  • Be rescheduled into another course, or
  • Receive a full refund from Sun Microsystems.

For cancellations made within twelve (12) business days prior to the start of the course, payment is non-refundable.

For no-shows, payment is non-refundable
"No Shows" is defined as the student does not show up on the date the course starts, and there was no prior communication from the student to cancel or reschedule the course.

RESCHEDULING
For reschedules made twelve (12) or more business days prior to the start of a course, the student can request a different date, a different course, or a different location.
SUBSTITUTIONS OF ONE STUDENT FOR ANOTHER
Substitutions of one student for another for a specific enrollment are accepted with at least two days notice before the class begins, provided the substitute meets the course prerequisites or is approved by Sun Educational Services Management.

CANCELLATIONS BY SUN OR ITS DELIVERY PARTNERS
Sun's Right to Cancel or Reschedule. Sun or its delivery partners may cancel or reschedule any class and will attempt to provide at least twelve (12) business days notice when canceling or rescheduling. At Customer's direction, Sun or its delivery partners will refund to Customer fees paid for the canceled class or credit the fees toward the fees chargeable for the rescheduled Class.

NOTE: Travel arrangements are the student's responsibility and Sun assumes no liability for any costs, including non-refundable tickets, that may be incurred in the unlikely event of a course cancellation or rescheduling.
