- Perform system administration on the Linux OE
(courses available: Red Hat Linux Essentials (RH-033) and Red Hat Linux System (RH-131))
- Perform system administration on the Solaris(TM) OS (courses available: Solaris Operating System Essentials for System Maintainers (SM-101) and Solaris System Administration (SM-239))
- Recognize components of PC hardware or similar systems (course available: Maintaining and Troubleshooting the Sun Fire V20z Server (WET-4682))
