Time and Material support covers Sun hardware not covered by a SunSpectrum[sm] support contract. Time and Material services include:
Response TimeAll Time and Material calls are scheduled on a 'reasonable effort' basis, which may be more than five working days from acceptance of the quotation and receipt of a valid purchase order or credit card. Please note:
Scheduling ServiceTime and Material quoting is available Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. However, if you have a SunSpectrum contract, you may ring within the hours of coverage stated in the contract. To schedule Time and Material service, please call:
Please be prepared to provide your serial number or customer number; and a valid credit card number, PO or a Time and Material account number. Please note: a minimum of five days advance notice is required. ChargesCharges may include material, labour, travel expenses, meals and lodging. A 90-day return-to-factory warranty applies to parts only from the date of installation. Labour required to repair or replace warranted parts is at the published hourly rate.
