Sun ServiceRepresentative Program
With this program, a Sun System Provider, with little or no service delivery capabilities, can resell Sun maintenance and support contract.
Sun ServiceManager Program
This program is designed for Sun partners who wish to offer complete support on the Sun systems they sell. The partner provides the frontline interface. Sun, as a subcontractor, provides back-line support. The SSM maintains an end-user support desk for effective call-logging, call management and problem tracking.
Sun ServiceAssociate Program This program is designed for Sun partners who wish to offer complete support on the Sun systems they sell, but who don't have call logging, call management and problem tracking capabilities.
